Anyone with peripheral neuropathy have heart PVC’s?
If so, how were you treated for them. PVC’s are a type of arrhythmia and are quite common.

Peripheral Neuropathy also experience PVCs (premature ventricular contractions), especially if there is any autonomic nervous system involvement because the autonomic nerves help regulate heart rhythm, blood pressure and stress responses, so nerve dysfunction can sometimes overlap with symptoms like palpitations, skipped beats, dizziness or irregular heartbeats, although PVCs themselves are also very common even in people without neuropathy and are often considered benign unless they become very frequent or are linked to underlying heart disease, and treatment usually depends on how severe or symptomatic they are but commonly includes reassurance and monitoring, improving hydration and electrolytes, reducing caffeine and stress, magnesium supplementation if appropriate, or medications such as beta blockers like Metoprolol, while some people also undergo testing such as Holter monitors or echocardiograms to make sure the heart structure itself is healthy.

2 ReactionsHave a biopsy for small fiber neuropathy. I also have dysautonomia. Which causes CAN-cardiac autonomic neuropathy. I had to take one month holter monitor test, tilt table. The cardiologist sent me to electrophysiologist that diagnosed me. I have bradycardia/ tachycardia and my blood pressure goes up and down. I take metoprolol and IVIG panzyga for it, Nothing else has worked for me. You can’t have an ICD(pacemaker/defibulator) because you nervous system does nor work right. After being diagnosed they gave me eight years to live.
