@kimberlyannaug At the very least talk to your doc re your concerns and request they tell in plain language what the benefit is for you. If your B/P is so low that you are dizzy, lightheaded there are things that might help, like compression hose, but you need them to explain clearly so you can understand and then they should help you figure out ways to make sure you’re as functional as you can be. I sympathize deeply as my afib often reduces B/P to 90/50s and unreadable when standing. This was not caused by meds. Only happens w afib. My primary care has been great helping to figure ways to stay at least somewhat functional. Best of luck.
