Welcome @ppfsecretary, Great question but I don't think it's a simple answer since there is no cure. The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy has a list of treatments here - https://www.foundationforpn.org/therapies/.

@johnbishop they have a new treatment for neuropathy in Greenville SC . It’s called laserIV. I got a EMS off Walmart for 13 dollars and it helped my neuropathy . They put me on metoprolol last week because I went to afib after I started bleeding out during a biopsy from bronchoscopy. I’m going to doctor tomorrow and get him to take me off of it. The EMS does help
