@summera1 I used NOW brand Digest Ultimate - full spectrum digestive enzyme. I tried other brands; full porcine enzymes ( expensive too) but didn't get as favorable result.
Now that said, I was cleared for both ulcer and gerd. So make sure you resist the temptation to self medicat without having a clear idea of what you are dealing with - or what you are not dealing with.

The dosage for the NOW ultimate is 1 cap before each meal. I started with just morning and evning meal and ended up needing only 1 cap at lunch - or before my heaviest meal.
It took only a few weeks to mitigate all symptoms. What a relief. Sending postive energy and healing.
