@debduh11 I have tried a magnesium cream called NeurEase for the first time. I rubbed it into the soles of my feet. When I got up in the morning my soles were burning, not unbearable but noticeable.The burning has eased during the day. Should I stop using it
@debduh11 which magnesium cream are you using, there seems to be quite a few out there. …and you said helping, is that with the pain or numbness or both. TIA.

I have just tried magnesium cream called Neurese and I woke up with the soles of my feet burning. Did you experience anything similar
