Yes my M spike results were interrogated at the Mayo Rochester with Bone marrow sampling. They did find plasma cells however. too low for diagnosis purposes. Therefore they ruled out MM but I did earn the MGUS classification. Now it's just a watch, verify, a wait and see issue.

@cousinvinney Hopefully it continues as MGUS and never turns into SMM or MM. That is the case with most MGUS.
