@edie2716 I find punctal plugs helpful. I am going to ask about lacrifill next time as I’ve heard they are superior to regular plugs.

Meibo is good for symptomatic relief for me.

I take Xiidra, not sure if it helps. Same with fish oil pills.

Otherwise a warm compress, avoiding wind, and I got a pair of glasses with tinted lenses to help with photophobia.
