My two lithotripsies in five days are not something that anyone would wish for. However, my latest blood reading results 3 days ago after going off Orgovyx one month ago were good. PSA less than 0.04. Same as in March 2026. Testosterone increased from less than 1 to 55.
One provider's notes while I was in the Emergency Room stated evidence of calcification on arteries, a new finding. Could 20 months of Orgovyx have contributed to this? I've been a daily exerciser for more than 50 years, still doing an hour or more of walking/ jogging, weight training, and three times a week racquetball or tennis. Thanks for your thoughts!

Orgovyx is generally not associated with the calcification issue you mention.. Did they tell you that you had atherosclerosis too? That can cause calcification of the arteries.

Age is a contributor. Are you sure you’ve had a test that would show that in the past?

You might want to review your previous tests and ask your doctor about it.
