It was about four years ago so I dont remember well. ... but that is why I have notes. Just found this: I started taking LDN naltrexone 3/23/22, settled on 3mg on 5/20/22. Started Abilify Oct 2022. Settled on 0.9 mg Ability Aug 7 2023.

Thank you so much for those details on your experience with LDN and then adding Low Dose Abilify. Any side effects when you added Abilify?
