I’ve had X-rays which show lack of curvature in neck. Not sure if that’s connected. A chiropractor has told me to try not chin tuck if I can help it and to sleep with a very low pillow while on my back- sort of rolled under my neck w my head on bed(no pillow on back of head). And I have some arthritis in my neck too.
The sand sound does seem less often than it did in my teens and twenty’s. Plus I did have thyroid cancer at 40. Hoping all the best to you!
