Hi VJ,
I'm so sorry you are having this painful situation with your fingers. I would suggest you go to your doctor as soon as possible. Start perhaps with your primary care doctor and then he can refer you to the appropriate specialist. Something is obviously wrong and needs to be corrected. Also water helps our skin and actually our whole body. So drink a lot of water. But still see a doctor soon.
Prayer also works. Just ask God for help. He's always there for us. I'll say a prayer for you also.
