I am 75 this year and on estrogen since age 40 when I had a complete hysterectomy.
I also have chronic lymphocytic Leukemia (no meds). Just started an anti depression med. My dose. 100 mcg of Levothyroxine, Hasn’t changed in several years. Im reading more about T4 connecting to T3 and if it doesn’t what then and how do I know that’s an issue? Weight gain since my knee replacement in 2024 makes me wonder if I should reduce the Levothyroxine to 50 or even 25?
How are we to know ?
