A friend of mine went down the same path as you. She also has Osteonecrosis of the jaw. They took her off bisphosomates and put her on Evenity. She is seeing a specialist for this. Good luck

@maryandnans A friend of my Mom's developed the osteonecrosis of the jaw. I will never take a bisphosphonate - no matter what. Your doctor should be talking to you about what options you have. If your osteoporosis/osteopenia is not severe, I personally would not go on any of these drugs. But I understand that a lot of people have no option.

@maryandnans But isn't Evenity supposed to be followed with a bisphosphonate to maintain gains? But it sounds like your friend can't take those due to her jaw problems. So then she will lose any gains from the Evenity.
