@ashleyharris728 sounds like the same things I have tried. I have neuro keratitis from an eye surgery. The Oxervate did provide some lasting improvement, taking the serum drops now to soon tell about results. What did you have success with with?

@edie2716 I find punctal plugs helpful. I am going to ask about lacrifill next time as I’ve heard they are superior to regular plugs.

Meibo is good for symptomatic relief for me.

I take Xiidra, not sure if it helps. Same with fish oil pills.

Otherwise a warm compress, avoiding wind, and I got a pair of glasses with tinted lenses to help with photophobia.

Oxervate was not approved by my insurance. Good to know it worked for you somewhat!
