@heyjoe415 Thank you Joe for supporting! I’ve tried icepacks, but they don’t help to nervepains. I am quite sure that during these years I ve ”turn all stones” as the doctor said to me. The only solution is just keep on trying! Same to you!

You're welcome Marjo. I should have realized that you would have tried everything at this point.
I sincerely hope you find some relief. You certainly deserve it. in the meantime and as you say, the best solution is to "keep on trying" and never give up!
