Just ran across your post when closing my screen. Thought maybe it was meant to be that I should answer it. 🙂
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's years ago when receiving similar blood tests. Have they checked for Hashimoto antibodies?

did you have high TSH and HIGH T4? I am not sure my labs are fitting the description for hypo and Hashimoto's. I just got labs done again yesterday, which marks 8 months and my TSH and T4 are still high.

@intheorchard I too was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and then later with Hashimoto's. I have numerous auto immune system issues and Hashimoto's is just one of them. All of this came about when I was diagnosed with Afib and hypothyroidism can trigger Afib.
