@tubaozkocc hang in there. Have you tried more out of the box treatments for dry eye-like conditions like Oxervate, Lacrifill, IPL, autologous serum tears? Tyrvaya? Which drops have you tried for dry eye? Just trying to throw out every option I’ve heard of in case something sounds appealing for you to try.

This condition really takes a toll on mental health so if you think therapy could be helpful for you, please do seek out a therapist that can help you manage pain. In addition to whatever you may need in terms of antidepressants etc.
