So, no doubt now that BCR is there. I mean, we had no doubt at 0.05 but as always we were told that we are possibly over reacting _ I am so sick and tiered of that nonsense already !!! 😤😡

We immediately wrote to RO and to surgeon too and demanded the start of preparations for treatment NOW.

We asked for Orgovyx prescription and for PSMA ASAP. Now - wish us luck of achieving that goal *sigh .

Regardless of me being sure that BCR is brewing, seeing that PSA number today felt like sledge hammer hit me between my eyes (I wish it did !!!)

When mine grew to 0.14 in March, I made the same decision. My oncologist suggested waiting, but was amenable to my request, & I was on Orgovyx two days later.

Really disappointed to hear that it has accelerated so quickly.

It may be a little early for the PSMA Pet test, I can understand you wanting to do it, however.

I thought your husband was on ADT. He had an aggressive case and normally they would put them on ADT and an ARPI.

The difference is that on the drugs you can go a year or two without PSA rising, Maybe even longer, Since it suppresses the growth of PC.

dont panic. Orgovyx works very well. Its not over by any means...its gonna be ok in the long run !

Surf, I am sorry you got to 0.13 🙁 But thanks to doing those frequent uPSA scans, you are way ahead of the curve. You are starting treatment early, that will make all the difference.
