I’m not worried about Brain Freeze. I had it sixty years ago. About forty years ago I was introducing two people that I had known for years. I couldn’t think of their names.

My problem now is that I have too much on my mind. I need to focus on the task at hand. I keep thinking of later moves and forget why I opened the refrigerator.

That is most common forgetting what you walked into a room for or why you opened the refrigerator. I have the beginning of Alzheimers I always could not remember someone’s name. But now it’s getting worse people I know well I sometimes forget their name. I’m a little scared, but I’m a person that hits things head on. I don’t brush anything under the rug. I try to get to the bottom, especially illness.
