A good first one might be naltrexone. This was not available when I first got fibromyalgia. It works in the brain to turn off some pain signals. It’s a compounded drug and it has no side effects. They usually start you with 1.5 and you can go up to 4.5, which I am on.

@leoandbear LDN has helped me very much too. I encourage anyone suffering from fibromyalgia to try it, although I read it doesn't help everyone. Here's some info on it:
