I was dx at 68 and my express was pretty similar to dolphina3. I did a lot of my own advance research to see what I was looking at for TNBC treatment, I'm BRCA2+. I did chemo first to shrink mass, then bilateral, I also went flat, then I did radiation, lastly I took lynparza because I'm BRCA2+. I tried to focus on people's more hopeful and constructive experiences on what they did to prepare for each treatment. I tried to stay away from bad experience comments. Learning what I could do to make each treatment a better experience was extremely helpful to enter the treatment with less anxiety for me. Best of luck, to your mom I'm currently 3 yrs NED
