@spatase For me it started right after getting covid, had never happened before, and has lasted over two years. Very scary. Its lessening over time, slowly. Neurologist says it's central nervous system sensitization, not tied to other movement disorders. Taking 100 mg gabapentin daily has helped a bit. Most helpful was calming the mast cell inflammation triggered by Moderna vaccine and again by covid. That's been diet, red light, antihistamines.

@coloradom Thank you. I began Lyrica 75 mg this week maybe that will help. Sorry you are experiencing it too. It's certainly an odd sensation on a daily basis.

I have internal vibrations which also started after having COVID in 2023. The vibration is mostly centered from head to my rib cage. My primary doctor and neurologist both thought it could be a central nervous system issue caused by COVID but there are no tests to confirm this. I also have sporadic muscle twitching mostly in the legs which feels like a pinball machine inside.
I was prescribed Gabapentin (400 mg) and it helps a little. It gives me a more quality sleep. I noticed that the vibration increases with stress. I think I am just learning to live with this as my new norm and try to keep stress to a minimum. But I have had 2 times in the last 3 years where the vibration has suddenly stopped for a short time and I realized what normal should be.
