I have severe Copd and noticed one foot always felt cold and numb. My doctor did a PAD test and everything was good. I’ve also have yearly ultrasound scan on all my arteries and nothing shows up. With that said, I looked for other solutions. I started using a cream with magnesium chloride in it on my feet and ankles at bedtime. I was amazed at how the cold feeling went away. Another big benefit is that I sleep much better and longer than before.

Thanks for the tip!
I will try the cream.

@stevelc Thanks for the feedback Steve. It’s a really odd feeling: it’s mostly numb feet , but numb and tight lower shin at times also. I guess it’s just all new to me (and confusing for sure). I will try your suggestion. I’m hoping you’re feeling well. All the best, Arthur

@stevelc
I too am experiencing numbness in my toes. What is the name of the cream you buy for your feet? Thank you.
