@suzanneag I took omeprozole too for years. I read about possible bad side effects. Weaned myself off . I have hardly had any of the heartburn symptoms at all! Every now and then I might have heartburn, maybe once in 6 months. HOWEVER I have a pain in right below rib. Had scans etc. Gasteronologist suggested taking omeprozole for 2 weeks. Didn’t have the pain during the 2 weeks I took it. But returned when I stopped. Now that I know it’s the Gerd I just deal with it. Now I get this sensation I cannot describe, it’s not quite chills, or vibration, like something running through my nerves. Only from waist down. It’s not too strong. Happens only when laying in bed at night. It freaks me out. Could his be what you’re also experiencing? And it’s because of the Gerd?

I'm not sure what you describe is related to GERD. I'm trying to access
the site to respond to you and to read what I wrote. It was a long time
ago, and I don't recall my post. I'm sorry!

@jeannesf1 like internal vibrations? If so, that’s it nervous system dysregulation
Can be approached through calming down the nervous system
