No one can answer your concern because you do not say what your ostomy reversal issues are.

I guess what I was trying to do is get others to say what issues they were having in relation to mine. I have incomplete bowel movements which leads to always having to clean myself. I often have extreme redness which makes it hard to walk and sit down. I have leaking and often can't control bowel movements; this is some of the issues

@asolidrock It sounds very frustrating.

It would help if you included what kind of ostomy you had - an ileostomy (end of the small intestine is outside the abdominal wall) or a colostomy (end of the large intestine is outside the abdominal wall).

Why did you have the ostomy? Was some of the intestine removed or diseased? Is there damage to the anus or rectum that makes this challenging?

Have you talked with your medical team (surgeon, GI doctor, WOCN) about the problems you are having? Did they provide you with a diet recommendations or pelvic floor exercises?

@asolidrock I'm glad to hear that things are getting better.

Have you tried using zinc ointment for the itching?

It creates a barrier that helps protect the skin from moisture and can sooth it as well. The simplest thing to get is the creams for diaper rash. And if you use it, you probably want to put a pad there because it will get on your underwear and its almost impossible to get out!
