I had to go see a cardiologist and shared with my third graders that he has to check and see what is going on with my heart. One of my students said, “ Well, you teach us!”
Meaning, if you can handle us, nothing is wrong with your heart.

I thought the students meant if you have heart problems, it is
because you have to deal with us every day.....
I also taught..... but not Elementary. They can be sweet.

I always said I wanted to teach Elementary because they get Avon for Christmas..... 🙂
