Tortuous colon, sigmoid stricture, rectocele grade 2
Hi. So I really have a lot going on with my entire pelvic floor.
I had back surgery done and the surgeon cut through my stomach. So I think that's why I have all these issues now.
In addition to the above I have significant diverticulosis and grade one cystocele. I am seeing a colorectal surgeon but I don't know if all of these issues can be treated at once or separately. I have some pretty significant food intolerance as well. I don't know if that's stemming from the anatomical problems though.
I've been sick for so many years.
I guess I just need some support and direction. I'm not sure if the balloon or stent would actually help me given how much diverticulosis I have. I have heard it's better to have surgery electively then emergency. If anyone could share their experience or advice I would greatly appreciate it
