@pbd67 I have other things going on and could have been more comprehensive. I sense that you are aware of the post hoc fallacy. I try to warn people to avoid jumping onto that bandwagon. It's tempting.....very tempting. But, it can lead to dead ends and disappointment. Not that is isn't worth a look, a serious and methodical ruling out, but keep workin' on the other stuff. 😀

@gloaming searching the internet and joining chat rooms can yield inaccurate info. I take what I find with a grain of skepticism. Was not looking for a definitive answer, only if others experienced similar issues.

I have been in touch with Lilly to report what may well be a coincidence, or not a coincidence. They can’t investigate potential new causality without patient feedback. Not everything gets identified in trials. They asked if they could reach out to me to ask further questions. I agreed. As you point out, my afib could have been lurking in the shadows and took the opportunity to make itself known just now. As for forward action, my many doctors and I will discuss. I don’t monkey with medications on my own. So it’s status quo until my team agrees on a plan. I’ll keep taking Zepbound until we agree on next steps. Gave myself my weekly dose just this morning😉
