I'm sorry you are having all of this. Forteo isn't for everyone. Would your rheumatologist consider a trial of Tymlos. I don't know how you've tolerated Forteo for four months.
Reclast is mainly a threat to the kidneys during the first 9 to 11 days after the infusion. The risk can be lessened by a reduced dose. They know that 4mg is as effective as 5 for osteoporosis. And by a slower infusion, one hour instead of fifteen minutes. One endocrinologist orders a pre-infusion iv of fluids before Reclast. One clinic in Korea orders steroid before the infusion to reduce side effects. But some people do have long term side effects with Reclast.
Forteo may be the safest, but I don't think it's good for you.
Are your symptoms more intense in the four hours after injection or are they constant through the 24 hours.
The fatigue could be hypercalcemia. Is the rheumatologist monitoring your calcium levels.

@gently no she doesn’t want me on that. She wants me to go on the Reclast . I was talking to somebody and they told me about kickbacks at Dr get so she gave me a website that shows you who gets kickbacks and I put my Dr in in the state and yes, she does get kickback from the stuff she sells.
