@njx58 FWIW, more.men now being diagnosed with osteoporosis especially military veterans. I read an article years ago about military veterans having boron deficiencies. Boron is a major player in bone health and even though I've included it in my regimen, my other VI issues with gut malabsorption contribute to being deficient. One big takeaway is that I've figured I have mineral deficits. I've been trying to correct that the best I can. I have seen some improvement. We are also a potassium deficient culture. I've improved the Fosomax induced GERD as a result of increasing certain minerals. My husband and I are of the same mindset. Can we really do no worse than the docs?

@njx58 my husband got approved for Evenity but unfortunately he had compression fractures prior. He ignored an early DEXA scan showing osteopenia ..I didn’t know..and later developed osteoporosis.
