I have had that anxiety! It leads to one getting extremely upset, which, in turn, can lead to a faster heart rate! Oriental calming methodologies have been most helpful to me! I used to have a super high stress job, but have since retired. I had to find a way to calm my anxiety, and get out of the flight or fight routine, and allowing myself to get so upset, that my heart would start racing! Try and teach yourself not to panic! It takes a while to learn and implement relaxing techniques, but it is worth it! When I had tachycardia attacks, I, too, became extremely anxious! You are in good hands though! After mastering the art of calming myself down, I found out that my tachycardia ‘events’ didn’t happen as frequently! Good luck to you! I sure can empathize with how you feel when you have an episode of unexpected fast heart rate!

Thank you for the reply.
I always say that unless you experience this type of bad anxiety, then you have no idea. I'm so sorry you went through that. I'm so glad you have it under control now.
God bless you my friend.
