I am 68. My Urologist from AUA Joliet,Il Moving to Waukee Iowa 1 small lesion, decipher .34 clear PSMA Jan 26, he did a Simple robot assisted prostectomy for urine retention Worked great he believes I will live my expectancy and die from something else. I think I want some sort of radiation

Since you had a prostatectomy, the only reason you would want to do radiation is if your PSA is starting to rise.

You have not included any information about what your PSA is. You don’t have a very aggressive case with what you describe, you really don’t want to do radiation until you need to, and that Time may never come..
