I don't have insight or advice for you, but wanted to acknowledge what you are going through. I do have HCOM and am currently on 15 mg Camzyos for two years and it has changed my life. I hope you discover soon what will help you feel better and inprove your quality of life. This blog has been a real help for me the last two years. I am grateful you finally received a diagnosis.
