Body vibrations when falling asleep or waking?

I also have inner vibrations. They started in Jan 2020. They always occur when waking. On some days, they'll just last a few mins to an hour after waking, but generally there is a consistent pattern of lasting all day for two days and the next two days I only have them for a short time after waking. I too think they must be related to sleep cycles/quality. None of my providers have dealt with the condition. If anyone has received any answers that has helped with this condition, it would be great to know.

@bille76

Just a follow up on this, since I know my original reply is on an outdated thread. If my comment needs to be moved to a new thread, please have the mod do so.

Another note and a thought for consideration is that I wonder if this is some sort of "boot up" like situation, where due to the brain/nervous system malfuntion, the waking "boot" sequence isn't happening properly and we are stuck inbetween asleep and awake. If anyone knows a knowledgeable source, I would love to consult with them. This condition isn't as debillitating as some but it is life altering. Waking up like your plugged into a socket creates lots of tension and affects everything you do. Thankfully, it is not painful, but it is very hard to deal with every week.

@bille76 I have them also. I called them heart palpitations but the cardiologist ignored my complaint and ordered a sleep apnea test. Not that either. Interested in this. Linda
