@feebee1955 yes, you can do a lower dose and not go all the way up if it is bothersome. Please don't give up and reach out to a qualified doctor for support. I am a pain in the butt to my doctors. Squeaky wheel gets the oil!!!!

@feebee1955 You won't do longer than 24 months. Taking a lower dose doesn't mean you have to make up for it by taking it for more months. The idea is that a lower dose is still effective.
Try an experiment. Lower the dose to three clicks and see what happens. Let us know.
