Stopping Trazodone. Need guidance

I've been taking 150mg of Trazodone for at least 10 years with no side effects and sleep about 7 hours a night. It was prescribed by a psychiatrist. Please tell me why (and how) I should stop.

@mmwagner46 i’m not your dr, i am not here to tell u if u should stop. what’s right for me is not necessarily what’s right for you. i stopped because that’s what was right for me
