Take Azelastine 2 sprays each nostril with the Flonase. OTC or Rx. RX is stronger. Often subscribed med. Works very fast. Look it up.

@fever1 I am using a Neti pot as of late. It does a good job of flushing out my sinuses and keeping them open for most of the night. I prefer having normal saline coursing through my sinuses as opposed to all the chemicals. However, I understand that each person has to do what works for the,
