Finishing Evenity, now what?

@cat1203 That’s a good question and I don’t have the answer. I will have to ask my doctor.

I’m hoping to take a break after the 3 years of Reclast. My next DEXA won’t be until 2028.

My endocrinologist does check my CTX levels so I suspect I’ll have another test after the Reclast to see if it’s acceptable. It’s 108 now after the Evenity and it was around 350 when I started Evenity. That was after six months of Tymlos and Forteo, too.

@oopsiedaisy post what the doc says if you get a chance. I'm hoping to go on a similar path, i.e. Reclast after Evenity then a break. But I'm not on Evenity just yet. I anticipate that is what will happen after I see my rheum next month. But I thought 1 or maybe 2 Reclast infusions was more the usual protocol after Evenity. If there even is a "usual" protocol.
