Any help from dry cracked swollen painful feet
Hi im new to this group ..I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.. my feet are swollen, im in constant pain cant even stand on them someday, they are very sensitive to touch. Is there anything out there that may help relieve the pain and swolleness

adam48, you probably already know about elevating them above the heart and ice. The skin is probably cracking because of the swelling. Soaking in Johnson's Foot soap can remove the old crackled skin. Lidocaine patches are pretty effective feet. But do you know why they are swollen and sensitive.
