I’d follow up with your doctor and discuss your bone density although you said it was normal. Mine was normal but my cervical spine vertebrate was paper thin, and had to be removed in surgery. What I learned was that your bones have different densities around your body so talk to your doctor as well about the need for a bone medication. . Of course I understand anybody with really strong bones can break bones but at your age it’s worth a look and discussion with your doctor!
