Osteoporosis and Hyperthyroidism treatment

How do I get treatment for Osteoporosis and Hyperthyroidism. Doctor wants to put me on Prolia. I had 2 Parathyroid glands removed many years ago. My calcium is high now and my endo dr doesn't recommend I get another Parathyroid operation. She wants to put me on the Prolia for my Osteoporosis. What do I do????
I was looking into going to have my Parathyroid operation somewhere by highly skilled doctors. At least get another opinion regarding the operation. I don't want any bad side effects from any drug.

From what I have learned, long term levothyroxine for hypothyroid can cause bone loss…wondering if there’s a way to help thyroid without that side effect..there are many possible reasons for bone loss, some being meds for other issues.
