@pgn I took Fosomax from 2016 ton2019.until gut problems manifested and I had to stop. Read in awhile paper about Foso taking healthy bone cells.from the.femurs to feed hips.and pelvis. In Jan 2026 I broke.my.femur in MID FALL, not when I hit the ground. That's my experience with bisphosphinates.

@inlimbo It doesn't take bone cells from the femur to help other bones. You might have read that one side effect of Fosamax is atypical thigh bone fractures. This has always confused me that a drug that's supposed to help your bones can also cause them to break suddenly.
