Reoccurring UTI'S for 2 yrs now along with intense bladder spasms

I have been dealing with Utis's and yeast infections for about 2 years now. I've had at 20 UTI'S and 15 yeast infections. I have terrible bladder spasms which only occur with sexual occurrence. I've had the same partner. My doctors don't have any answer for me. Please help.

I have experienced similar symptoms.... bladder spasms are so painful! My relief came after I found a talented, dedicated urogynocologist. She stayed with me, seeing me regularly until we got control of the repeating UTI's. What worked? Longer doses of stronger antibiotics (matched to culture) combined with other daily routines of estrogen crème, D-Mannose vitamin, and a daily dose of 100 mg trimitherprim as ongoing antibacterial low dose antibiotic. It took several months to get everything under control, but now I may have two UTI's a year! NO spasms. Ever! Search out a great URO-Gynocologist! PS.... Amitripiline worked to lessen pain of spasms for me.
