Chronic Pain, alternative Treatment
I have had chronic pain for 17 years. I know what I'm going to say will be met with doubt, but please try what I say, even though it is not completely backed up by sceince. I was on heavy doses of OPIOIDS for 16 years with no help, relieveing my pain, then I started to take Kratom, for the last year I have been Pain Free!!! If you try it , you will have to try different strains, to find out what works best for you

@capausz That is horrible ,outrages and what can we do about that To not even give Tylenol ?rediculus Go to herbal medicines I've studied then since the 70,s Phyllis Bach has a great book for this her 5th edition She writes what there for and what to avoid when your on certain meds like Coumadin.
I agree with deep tissue massage for pain relief. I go weekly. Also suggest acupuncture for pain relief. Stretches are great for back pain. I learned several from a PT. A physiatrist can also demonstrate good exercises.
I would love to get that book
that is how I am treated they see me in a wheel chair and yell me to deal with it I lost both legs after 98 surgeries and have a plate in my right arm and neck plus I have lupus and I am treated bad I lost trust in the medical field
I have been there also it breaks your spirt that's what's bad
Amen to that.
I also use krato m for pain!
@lillee I know the feeling but right now in the medical field this is what it is but there is also a alternative and that is find a holistic Dr that deals in naturel ways of helping .My experience long time ago I had gallstones seen on X-Ray they weren't to the point where I needed surgery before I let it go that far I talked to a chiropractor in wholeness health did what he said never had a problem since .It wouldn't hurt to advocate for yourself if he can't help you then the M.D.is left to help .
@lillee -- I think this is the book @lioness mentioned. You can probably get it through your local book store also but it's available on Amazon.
