One year after my last 3-month Lupron shot my PSA = 0.03 and testosterone is 115 while at 9-months it was PSA = 0.03 and testosterone was 122. I still have serious side effects but at a reduced level of headaches and joint and muscle pain. It looks to me that I will never recover. No libido and my wife has given up on me at age 83. The pain I have experienced for the last year has been 24 hours/day and worse than my kidney stones and gall bladder attacks of the past.

While your PSA is very low around 10% of prostate cancer patients produce little to no PSA.

Pain that lasts constantly is frequently from metastasis not from something else, Though it is possible.

I’ve never heard of someone having constant pain just because they were on ADT in the past, and their testosterone has not returned to normal levels.

Have you discussed this with your doctor? Have you had a PSMA PET scan? While someone may not produce PSA, they may produce PSMA. Even a CT scan might be better than nothing to try and find out what’s causing your pain.
