Any experiences with Kevzara (sarilumab)?

I go to my rheumatologist tomorrow. I want to talk to him about adding Kevzara. I cant get below 14.5mg without more pain. Has anyone had a negative experience with Kevzara? Would you try methotrexate first? Ill talk to my Dr. Tomorrow, but I want to hear from people who have tried these meds. Thanks!

I tried methotrexate and had bad response. I’ve been on Kevzara for 3 years and have had no relapses of PMR 🤞
I'm going on my 3rd year with Kevzara. No problems at all.
@mech I have been on Kevzara for two years. It is a wonder drug for me. No apparent side effects except for my white blood cell count is pretty low but not alarming to my doctors, but could have the effect of lowering immunity.
