What should we ask doctor about switching from Reclast to Prolia

This is what 85 yr-old frail hubby will be discussing with his endo this week. What questions should we be asking the endo about the advisability of this, and the side effects?
Hubby already has pulmonary fibrosis, is on oxygen, and has trouble getting around due to that, plus severe kyphosis, loss of muscle, has trouble talking and sleeping, and can't eat much. Doesn't need more problems to deal with.
Very concerned. Thanks!

You might ask about https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6663050/.
But I'd be most worried about the possibility of the sometimes long term adverse event--pain. But your husband might well take the injection and have no trouble like most of those who take this drug. Tough decision partly because there isn't a way to get the drug out of your system. Bless your choice with luck.

Correction:
Meant to ask about switching from 11 months of Evenity injections (which showed no change) to Prolia.
Prolia side effects for men are backache, joint pain, and cold-like symptoms such as runny nose, and hubby already has all these in addition to major problems listed in above post!
There are no guarantees and we just don't know if continuing with anything else is worth it, at this point -- especially considering failed Reclast before the Evenity.
Are there better alternatives?
Should we just throw in the towel?
What would y'all do?

Update:
Doctor prescribed Reclast today. Very happy about that, since hubby tolerated it well last time, and he only has to go for injection once a year.
