@gigi4 ..had six vertebrae fractures from osteoporosis..I choose not to take those medications for osteoporosis and look what happened.....

I am very sorry to hear about your fractures. Last year, I had "severe osteoporosis" in my spine too. I have taken Tymlos for 12 months and improved so much I now have osteopenia, no more osteoporosis. I have also had no side-effects from Tymlos.
Tymlos is supposed to be one of the best meds for spinal OP. I hope you are able to try an OP med for your condition.

I sorry to hear you have fractures. I also did not do the infusions. I’m trying through diet and specific supplements and weight bearing exercises to prevent fracturing. I wish you the best!
