Has anyone lowered their CTX score naturally?

@mcallister1002 curious if anyone on this site knows - I am paying out of pocket for a DEXA; after one year of Reclast I want to know my numbers and Medicare pays every 2 years. Endo gave me a referral to the same center I have had 2 previous DEXAS at (same machine); they do not have TBS. There are some in the area that do; but not what doc referred to and not in his medical group. All centers need a referral whether private pay or not. How to get one if your doctor isn't part of the imaging group you want to go to?

@jozer Might ask your Endo for another referral to a center that does both DEXA and TBS. Explain why you want the TBS, and give him/her the names of the ones in the area that do both. It may not be common practice for a doctor to refer out of network but if you explain why you want it, he/she may do it.
