@pgn spoke to soon! Cramping returned. Began on 4th day. Torso and quad cramping. Lessened by next day, but still tender. Considering giving it another week to see if the cramping can be tolerated for a day or two. Thoughts anyone experiencing same?

@pgn I took Fosomax from 2016 ton2019.until gut problems manifested and I had to stop. Read in awhile paper about Foso taking healthy bone cells.from the.femurs to feed hips.and pelvis. In Jan 2026 I broke.my.femur in MID FALL, not when I hit the ground. That's my experience with bisphosphinates.
